Practice is open to everyone regardless of experience! Wear athletic clothing and bring a water bottle! We practice at Paradise Park on the corner of Tropicana and Harrison.

Please complete this liability waiver prior to coming to practice for the first time in 2021.

The COVID-19 rules for practice are as follows:

1. Do not come to practice if you are even feeling a little sick! That sounds like a great opportunity to do stone drills in your living room instead.

2. Wear a mask unless you are fully vaccinated.

3. Keep your distance. Maintain at least six feet from anyone...especially the person throwing.

4. Use hand sanitizer often.
